Hairbiz4u (HB4U) and Rejuva Kare product line were both created by Tondenisha, a hairstylist with over 15 years of hair care expertise, health care professional, wife, mother, and friend who desired to change the trajectory of hair health atomony through education, teaching the use of products with ingredients to aid in the healing of those with scalp conditions resulting in alopecia and hair loss.

Tara Beasley-Stansberry
VP Sales and Marketing
Tara Beasley-Stansberry also known as Tara B the Transformation Coach is a small business owner and Small Business & Life Coach based in Northern California. Tara began her journey by serving on various boards and commissions to better understand the challenges business owners face personally and professionally. Tara delved into the small business world with very little support and backing. However, she insisted that no one should experience being isolated from resources. Tara built strategic partnerships with business owners by serving as the Vice President of the Solano County Black Chamber of Commerce. In her role as Vice President, she coaches business owners on the importance of establishing business credit, sales & marketing, business structuring and public relations.
Tara’s passion for the underserved community and small business owners is the reason why she works tirelessly to support the patronage of small businesses, creating a safe space for merchants to discuss ways to adapt to new business practices during the global pandemic.
In her downtime you can find Tara gardening in the community garden, volunteering at the Veteran Resource Program and teaching young ladies ages 12 to 35 about becoming an entrepreneur and how to run a small business.
DaVonne Wilson
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
DaVonne’s love for her family and community motivated her to become a part of a family-owned business in joining the Rejeva Kare Team. DaVonne believes it is her duty to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environment. She champions corporate social responsibility efforts and is devoted to fostering development and leadership opportunities to spark meaningful collaboration across industries.
DaVonne’s love for her family and community motivated her to become a part of a family-owned business in joining the Rejeva Kare Team. DaVonne believes it is her duty to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environment. She champions corporate social responsibility efforts and is devoted to fostering development and leadership opportunities to spark meaningful collaboration across industries.
As a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company, DaVonne has experience managing employees and implementing standard operations, which enables her to anticipate future customer needs. DaVonne is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Project Management.
DaVonne’s dedication to her faith and her family makes her the ultimate addition to the Team.

Proven guru in retail operations, multi unit Manager with over 25 years of experience, who emphasis the importance of people’s learning and development; Charles would tell you his proudest moments are when he’s able to watch those succeed in spite of all odds with proper coaching and training. Then assist them climb corporate ladders while improving their quality of life.
Charles has a wealth of knowledge in many different facets of Logistics and Supply Chain Management including Strategic Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service. As our Vice President of Logistics, liaison negotiator for Rejuva Kare with Suppliers, Manufacturers, Retailers and Consumers, Charles has always demonstrated exceptional leadership, management, problem solving and organizational skills.
